Terms of service.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current so we can deliver products and support to you.

2. What we sell

We provide access to third-party digital subscriptions and accounts ("Products"). We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying service providers.

Stock availability, pricing and specifications can change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Delivery

• Stocked items are delivered automatically to your dashboard, typically within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Manual items are delivered by an operator, typically within 24 hours.
• Credentials are encrypted at rest and revealed to you on demand. Each reveal is logged for security.

4. Payment

Payments are made from your wallet balance or via supported crypto assets. Crypto payments are credited only after on-chain confirmation. You are responsible for sending the exact amount shown on the invoice, including any unique reference amount.

5. Warranty & replacements

Each delivered item carries a warranty window shown at purchase. If an account stops working within that window through no fault of yours, we will replace it at no cost. See the Refund & Warranty Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not resell Products without authorization.
• Do not use Products to commit fraud, abuse, or to violate the underlying provider's terms.
• Do not change the recovery email, phone, or password of a delivered account — doing so voids the warranty.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud or chargebacks, or abuse the Service. Where a violation is involved, no refund is owed.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the changelog. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
